Ministry of Education held the meeting at the meeting hall of office No.13, Ministry of Education, Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon with the aim of organizing science fair and the opening of skilled labour training courses for students who did not pass the matriculation exam to support employment opportunities.
The meeting was attended by Dr.Zaw Myint, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education, Director Generals for the Ministry of Education Office, the Department of Higher Education, the Department of Teacher Education, the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation, the Rector of Nay Pyi Taw State Academy, and Deputy Permanent Secretaries. Rectors, Pro-rectors, Principals and Professors of Universities and degree colleges joined the meeting through online.
At the meeting, Deputy Minister Dr Zaw Myint said that it was held by the instructions of Union Minster of the Ministry of Education and officials discussed the matters related to organize science fair and fun fair, open skilled labour training courses for students who did not pass the matriculation exam to support the employment opportunities, and open of English Proficiency courses for primary school teachers and to organize the research conference of Myanmar Academy of Arts and Science.
And then, the Deputy Minister provided suggestions and guidance to the implementation of these tasks.
